I have made 2 cakes using this product.
The nonstick surfaces are really nice and the cakes turned out nice on the outside.
I made one fruit filled and one ice cream cake using their instructions.
I left the fruit filled in refrigerator until very cold (per instructions). Upon cutting the cake the filling oozed out.
I decided to leave the ice cream cake in freezer for 4 hours.
The cake itself was frozen stiff but once again the filling oozed out.
You also have to buy 2 cake mixes. There is a lot left from the second mix. Of course it states in instructions to make cupcakes.
The pans are easy to use. Just make sure you read all instructions and also the tips. If they would put how many hours to leave in refrigerater or freezer in the instructions that may have helped instead of until firm and until very cold.
